Returns and Damaged Shipments
Return Policy
- Avoid Returns! We suggest ordering a sample.
- 30 day return policy on same credit card used. 20 % restocking fee.
- We will not accept without Return Authorization number.
- Send back with prepaid freight and insured. Original shipping charges not refunded. Return in original carton and packaging.
- Not available to return: Samples or discontinued items.
- Products with high shade variation cannot be returned selectively.
- Please note we will not accepts returns showing signs of damage.

- Prepare your package to ensure no damages on route and insure the package.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your tile on receipt. Take pictures and write down damage.
- Damage reports must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
- Damaged material will be exchanged or credit issued.
