Returns and Damaged Shipments

Return Policy 

  • Avoid Returns! We suggest ordering a sample.
  • 30 day return policy on same credit card used.  20 % restocking fee.
  • We will not accept without Return Authorization number. 
  • Send back with prepaid freight and insured.  Original shipping charges not refunded.  Return in original carton and packaging. 
  • Not available to return:  Samples or discontinued items.  
  • Products with high shade variation cannot be returned selectively. 
  • Please note we will not accepts returns showing signs of damage. 
  • For your Return Authorization Number request thru our contact page.
  • Prepare your package to ensure no damages on route and insure the package. 

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your tile on receipt.  Take pictures and write down damage.
  • Damage reports must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Damaged material will be exchanged or credit issued.
